If you are like most people that visit Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida you probably want to meet up with Mickey Mouse along with other Disney character friends.
Up close and personal time with Mickey and other select Disney characters is a part of your Disney World admission ticket. Mickey Mouse and the various characters of Disney can be found in each of the Disney theme parks and also at select resorts at Walt Disney World.
An early morning visit to the theme parks provides you with the best advantage of seeing the Disney characters at the entrance to the park. This provides the best time to obtain autographs and to pose with the characters for some memorable pictures.
You will also want to check out meet and greet sports throughout the parks where you can meet up with the characters. These spots will be identified in the guide book for the theme park. The guide books are provided at the gate, kiosk and gift shops within each park. Several locations for character visit are available at each of the theme parks including The Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The parades held at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios also provide an opportunity to see some of the Disney characters. Epcot does not host a parade but it is home to the most character locations of any park. Future World and World Showcase of Epcot provide locations for character interaction.
Character Dining which is offered in the theme parks and the Disney resorts are one of the very best ways to assure personal face to face visits with the characters. Character dining can be scheduled online at Walt Disney World reservations or by calling 1-407-WDW-DINE.
The food at the character dining events whether in a resort or at the parks is of the finest quality. The one on one time with the characters provides for the best quality time. Each of the Disney World theme parks and select resort hotels also offer character dining.
